Came across Travel Scrable page on Instagram.
Normally, like most other people around, book tickets in one of the online portals, and thought that was the most convenient way to do it. But with Travel Scrable (and especially Shardul) it was an incredible experience. Booked tickets for my senior citizen parents, who were travelling to and back from Kolkata, on different dates. Travel Scrable team not only managed the booking and web check-in, but they also called up the airlines and arranged for wheelchairs (which normally I have to do, and is a real pain to get through the call centres). They also shared the boarding pass on WhatsApp and enquired on any other assistance required. Suffice to say, I am using Travel Scrable for all future travel plans.

Me & my family was travelling to UK for a short duration in September this year and just had 3 days in London. Thank you very much for a very good overall experience starting from Amritsar to Kashmir. We enjoyed a lot at every location. Hotels at Jammu, Gulmarg, and Srinagar had very good properties and the Houseboat experience was superb. Pahalgam location was good but room size was very small. Also like to mention the Driver cum Guide Mr Sukhi at Amritsar is having good knowledge of the places and help us to enjoy our sightseeing along with local food. Mr Sameer driver cum Guide for Kashmir is very gentleman person having good knowledge of all the places we visited and help us to enjoy our sightseeing along with local food. Hospitality of Kashmiri people was very good.
